This is councillor Marcel's second term as an ACFN councillor. This term Greg's portfolio is health. Greg Marcel is    known in the community as "Cowboy", he has had this nick name since he was a child. He has been married for 22 years to Mikisew Cree First Nation's chief Roxanne Marcel.

In his spare time Councillor Marcel loves to volunteer. He volunteers for Search and Rescue, Canadian Rangers and the Fort Chipewyan Skidoo Club.

Councillor Marcel has been busy with his health portfolio. The goal is to have a community health plan developed, which will cover the next 10 years.
